Do you think Germany will ever start WWIII?

I understand they are a NATO ally, but they were also a Versailles treaty member, until Hitler gained power and left the Versailles treaty. Then, well, you know the rest... Could Germany in the future, build up their army and start WWIII to gain back lost territory or to become the world superpower? They are still a very technologically advanced country. Where do you think the ICBM came from? The twin engine fighter jet? lol, the nuke? (German scientist)
