So me and my best friend...?

So she said that she wouldn't date anyone right now (considering we're best friends, she SHOULD tell me) so after a few days I told her that I liked her and she said "Awww" but since she said she wouldn't date anybody right now, What should I do? Do you guys have any ideas?
