I need some dish common in two different countries..?

Like indo-chinese food cuisine and stuff. Just tell me anything whether it's an appitizer, salad, soup, dessert.. etc. This is for a school menu thing and so far I have Kibbeh (in lebanon/palestine), Italian Nachos (italy/mexico) and some chowder soup thing. Pleaseee give me another idea:)
