Liability on storm damage to neighbor's property.?

My next door neighbor's utility shed was blown into our yard, on top of my car in a strong thunderstorm on 6/26/10 in Georgia. She tells us she will not pay for any damage because she has a $500.00 deductible and it was an act of God. The shed was not adequately attached to the cement slab. We both have insurance with the same local company. Is she liable?
