How do you go on a, "Color Battle Room" on Fantage.com?

When I went on Fantage.com I looked at somebodies photo album, and there in this color battle room with like a artist and it told wheres it at and it said, "color battle room". But when I hosted a color battle party I did not have all of that. Can someone please help me? Maybe a Fantage expert or Something?
