If this were the only thing to come out of Copenhagen, would it be a good thing?

The New York Times predicts that the only real deal to come out of Copenhagen may be an agreement to protect rainforests and other environmentally important areas. The other areas like cap-and-trade are not, it reports, likely to be signed. Would this, in your opinion, be a good outcome?
