What the heck is "mild tibial spine spurring"?

There is a line on my x-rays that reads "Mild tibial spine supping is noted compatible with early osteoarthritic changes". The doctor was not very helpful in helping me understand it. Also, what is "subtle medial compartment narrowing and reactive sclerosis of the proximal tibia medially is suggested"?
