My hamster is hurt badly?

My cousin came over this 2 days ago. I let her hold my hamster and he bit my cousin so she dropped him in his cage. After he fell, he was shaking like he was having a seizure. The vet that was close to us went out of Business. He can still eat and drink but he wobbles really bad and falls over. What injury do you think he has?
