pleas let me know if there is any solution. one &half year back i went for 'weight loss package'.i joined that package after i read it in the news paper ad,where it was mentioned "guaranteed weight loss" after joining that package i did not get any result,so after 5 to 6 sittings i discontinued as i was not at all satisfied.i requested them to refund or transfer the package to another branch of the same company,which is nearby to my area,even for this also they are not agreeing & talking very rudely.so pleas give any idea so that i will get my money back.iam really very upset!!!.can i complaint ??if yes to whom? & how?i really want to teach them a good lesson,so that they shud not further fool people.
