How can i get a subsidized loan?

im student at a community college and i didnt really get any thing from fafsa, i really need a new car and i cant afford it so i was wondering if i could get like a small subsidized loan through my bank? im 19 going to be 20 in july and i have two credit cars, one from capitalone that i dont use and the other is from wellsfargo that i use and payoff regularly
