How do you cancell acaiburn tablet subscription?

recently sent for wonder acai berry tablets. got my free supply with 17 quid shipping fees. I have just checked my bank account and they have taken 42 quid out my acount. have tried contacting them without success and the bank cannot do anything, does anyone have experience of this
