Just paranoid or realistic fear ? Anything i can do about it ?

Is this a realistic fear or just an obsession thats unrealistic...............After being on probation for a while i messed up with drugs again , and needed money and stole from a store 3 months ago. Stole few cd's one day and the alarm went off, they asked me to stop but i just kept going and they saw me drive away. Since then i never heard anything from police or my PO , i checked local courthouse and have no warrants, and ive been pulled over for speeding and didnt get arrested for a warrant. But im so scared they coulda got my license plate. Im clean now and realize how stupid it was but worried every single day that something might happen still from it .............
