Lumps under the skin?

my friend has a bunch of lumps on her thigh. and i think on her . she said there's like 50 of them. and they're "hard in a squishy way". she said they hurt before. She doesn't know if it's one large lump with a bunch of little ones, or if it's just a bunch of little ones. i asked if they were round like golf and she said no. she said they don't itch. and you can't see them, only feel them. and they move when you push on them. does anyone know what this could be???? please help.
